In the midst of the chaos - outside and inside our practices across the country - we urge you to take just one minute (or even 30 seconds) to pause and take a breath. To put your hand on your heart and breathe. To think of a beach, a forest, a baseball game, and inhale deeply. You can't be there for your patients if you aren't first there for yourself. And while it may feel like an unnecessary step, this is real science, not a spa day. Your well-being matters.
