Screen time may impact self regulation skills

We know there is a lot of noise out there around screentime. And while the evidence isn’t always clear, this latest study shows that for some kids - especially those with more challenging temperament types - screen use may impact self regulation skills, and lead to more difficult behaviors. That’s an important message for parents who use screentime regularly to try and calm challenging behaviors.
